Happiness is a Quest Bar.
That’s the claim that Quest Nutrition make on their website, and they could be right as their extensive, growing range of Protein Bars are proving hugely popular with dieters, body builders and health junkies alike.
The company currently offer a range of protein bars in a variety of flavors. Today though we’re taking a look at just the ‘Quest Bar Cookies and Cream‘ flavor.
Quest Bar Cookies and Cream Review
So, why cookies and cream? Well as Quest explain, it’s America’s favorite flavor (hello Oreo!), now handily available as a protein bar.
In amongst all the usual ingredients (more on that later), this bar has real cookie bits and delicious cream. Unlike other bars, which can often get a bit repetitive, these Cookies and Cream bars offer something unique with each and every bite.
The ‘cookie dough’ texture means that with one bite may get you some tasty white chocolate, whilst with another bite comes a generous chunk of cookie. The variety here is welcome!
Each 60g gram gluten free bar comes in at just 190 calories, getting you 21g of protein, with a net of 4g of carbs.
Generally Quest Bars offer good, clean ingredients. As such you’ll be hard pressed to get a protein bar offering a flavor as popular as this, that’s this tasty delivering similar results.
The Quest Bar Cookies and Cream offer you a tasty health kick with flavor!
You can pick up a box of 12 Quest Bars Cookies and Cream for around $24 (that’s two bucks a bar).
